This is the process designed to service walk up attendees, or, in other words, non pre-registered attendees. Each such individual will have to fill out a brief form indicating what sort of badge that they wish to purchase. After those forms are completed, they are taken from the attendee. Payment is then taken (cash or card – no checks) and a badge is created for that attendee. We will have a label printer for this purpose. The person’s name will be entered, a label printed and then it will be affixed to a pre-created laminated badge. This attendee will then be given a bag which will be the same as described in Will Call. Then, off they go.
