Get a first look at a new game coming to Gamefound in November from Maniple Games the Tu'x Rebellion. It is a co-op/competitive medieval fantasy war strategy game.
Players assume the role of one of 8 playable factions and defend the kingdom against the rebellion.
Players must work together to win the war but want to assure they have secured enough favor to be the most influential noble house.
During a campaign players will be gathering resources, developing their lands, training armies and fighting battles.
What mechanics are at play?
Basebuilding: Develop your faction’s lands with mines, barracks, a village, a keep, walls and more. What you build and in what order is up to you and the needs of the war.
Deckbuilding: Thoughtfully build your combat hand so that you are prepared for battle. Carefully collect events to protect your own lands and slow down other houses who have earned more favor.
Army recruitment: Train up your army of infantry, ranged and cavalry regiments. You control how your army is developed. Will you lean into your house’s strengths, or choose your own path?
