In 1930's New York, hidden somewhere between Little Italy and the Bowery, there's one hell of a neighborhood that just can't be kept down. It's citizens? Actual, living cartoon characters that laugh in the face of physics. But when the forces of boredom and greed seek to threaten your way of life, its time to wreak a trail of havoc across New York City like never before. In this original blood bath of an adventure inspired by films like Who Framed Roger Rabbit, no experience with the system is required, and pregens will be provided (though you are welcome to make a character of your own! Character generation is quick and easy).
