Seeing a "City Pound" van turn turtle and spill out its cargo of beasties is actually not an unusual sight in Helluva Town where driving rules are implied and not enforced. However, the toons with animal attributes who emerge from the wreck are behaving bizarrely even for Helluva Town. You better round them up before they get hurt, or simply find out what they are on and get some for yourself. In this city exploding in (im)possibilities, anything can and likely will happen.
