Call of Cthulhu Classic, 1920s New England Something is wrong at Greenwood Asylum. The institution has long stood outside the small coastal town of Greenwood, a place for troubled minds, whispered family arrangements, and patients best kept away from public view. But now the deaths have begun. Too many. Too quickly. Officially, there is nothing supernatural about any of it: illness, accident, frailty, bad luck. Unofficially, people are afraid. The investigators arrive to look into rumors of strange behavior, vanished patients, nervous staff, and a pattern of deaths no one seems eager to explain. Inside Greenwood’s locked doors are doctors, attendants, inmates, secrets, and the wrong kind of silence. This is a classic investigative horror scenario of small-town unease, medical dread, locked wards, and things that should have stayed buried. An 8-hour Call of Cthulhu convention scenario for players who enjoy investigation, creeping paranoia, and old-school Mythos horror. This will be run as two 4hr sessions with a handsome lunch break in the middle (9hrs total, 8hrs of gaming).
