It’s been thirty-five years since ADAM (The Act for Defense Against Mutant-kind) was signed into law. And though it outlawed the creation of mutants, they’re still being created in secret. While most folks’ knowledge about these creatures is limited to whatever corporate-owned media decides to beam into their eyeballs, those in the know have reason to worry. In Seattle, mutants are unexpectedly disappearing, and no one knows why. Jeff Sleazos, local billionaire and philanthropist, has spoken out against the disappearances, but given his hardline support for ADAM, something seems off. Surely Omazan, his global online marketplace, isn’t up to no good? This Cypher System adventure is inspired by the 80’s classic RPG Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Other Strangeness published Palladium Books. Pregenerated characters provided.
