Level 3-4 PF2 scenario. The Thane, a fey monarch of great power, had their eyes drawn to the Pathfinder Society when agents were drawn into one of their celebrations. They have decided to play a game with the Society, with the fate of Bhopan, the small island off the Impossible Lands, at stake. Bhopan is small, and strongly tied to the first world, and they cannot hope to stand against someone as powerful as the Thane, especially as it's only been half a decade since they were freed from fey tyranny by the Society before. Only the Pathfinder Agents can navigate the fey trickery to protect this ally of the Society.
