Cultists had written down some unspeakable secret, but they managed to shred the evidence before you could take them down. Now you and your fellow investigators have nothing left but a jumble of letters, letters you must try to reassemble to discover their secret.
Generally: Players collect tiles and form words on the board like in Scrabble. Points, however, are determined as per Unspeakable Words, and each word formed will test your sanity. Should any player manage to finish the game with any sanity intact, the winning player may interpret the board to determine the cult's secret, and that interpretation shall be considered authoritative.
For extra fun, while the game will be played with English words, the welsh tile set will be used. In addition to the official Scrabble English word list, the names of any Lovecraftian creatures or places will be allowed, including any proper names of Elder Gods, Outer Gods, Great Old Ones, or other eldritch horrors. (This is an exception to the no proper names rule).
