The Choir Beneath the Floor

In a village once used as a border outpost by the Ambrians, strange events unfold: infants scream through the night and grow mute by morning, while older folk awaken with voices not their own. The villagers begin sealing their mouths shut with wax or thread. They speak of "The Silent One Below."
The now sealed well in the village square has begun weeping blood, drop by drop.
The local priest cannot speak anymore and writes only one word: “Choir.”
