The non-profit Foundation as a game publishing enterprise is a relatively new concept in the game industry. We’ll discuss three Foundations currently publishing title (The Tekumel Foundation, the Europa Foundation, and the Dietz Foundation), with representatives from the organizations to answer questions, and Intellectual Property attorney Genna Hibbs to talk about the legal aspects of the concept.

Victor Raymond
Victor started playing Original D&D in 1975, after having gotten his start playing Avalon/Hill wargames such as Afrika Korps and Stalingrad. During graduate school, he rediscovered his roots with the Old School Renaissance and founded Madison Traditional Gaming in 2009. He is a co-founder of the Carl Brandon Society in 2003, and has served on the board of Tabletop Gaymers. Currently, Victor is the owner of Ancient Academy Games and the chair of The Tekumel Foundation, and is a member of the Steering Committee for the Carl Brandon Society.
