Formaggio is a standalone expansion for Fromage. It is a simultaneous worker-placement game where players place Workers to make cheese and gather resources from the quadrant of the board facing them. The trick is that the workers are directional, as the board rotates your worker does not come back to you until it is facing your direction. So workers granting more powerful benefits may not come back to you for 2, 3 or perhaps, even 4 turns.
