Teos Abadía is a Colombian-American freelance author and developer working with Wizards of the Coast, MCDM, Penny Arcade, Dwarven Forge, Hasbro, and several organized play programs. Teos was the managing director for Draw Steel's mega-adventure Crack the Sun and a primary author on both the Acquisitions Incorporated D&D book and on the Forge of Foes guide to creating and running monsters. Board game work includes the HeroQuest game relaunch. Blogging at Alphastream.org and podcasting on Mastering Dungeons, Teos shares knowledge and advocates for diversity and better industry pay.
