Genna is a multi-faceted legal professional, with small-business roots and a background in both hard science and research/writing. Hibbs Law, LLC (hibbslaw.com) is an intellectual property boutique law firm based in McHenry County, Illinois, which services clients throughout the United States and internationally. Hibbs Law provides legal services related to the intellectual property and regulatory compliance needs of start-ups, entrepreneurs, small and privately held businesses, nonprofits, and mid-sized organizations in the greater Chicago area and beyond. When she’s not working, Genna enjoys being a mom, bicycling, taking her dogs for runs in the countryside, cooking meals from her garden, reading Sci-Fi with a cat on her lap, writing fiction and poetry, painting figurines, and playing a variety of tabletop, RPG, and video games. Genna finds strength and fullness of spirit in the turning of seasons and the beauty of the Earth.
